Description

Blind spot detection has been available on cars for a number of years. Now KiWAV presents the future of motorcycle safety product -- BSD system for motorcycle. Compatible with most BMW motorcycles.

    1. A revolutionary safety product to monitor the blind spots with an advanced radar sensor while riding your motorcycle. Modern cars now have this technology and it only makes sense that your motorcycle does too.
    2. A built-in LED indicator on both sides of rear-view mirrors. It signals you when there is traffic coming into your blind spots. This will increase rider awareness of surrounding traffic conditions.
    3. With the Magazi BSD system 79 GHz short-range radar, you can ride with more confidence and safety. The warning zone of the system covers left and right adjacent lanes with up to 25m(82ft) range.
    4. The BSD system is automatically activated when the motorcycle is started, low power consumption and high reliability.
    5. Easy installation - most motorcycles can be equipped in under an hour, with one radar sensor mounted to the license plate frame. Power for the system is from the bike's 12V acc power source. Then, indicators that light up are built-in in the mirror.
    6. Swivel adjustable ball joint, find the best rear view angle and ready to go.
    7. Wider vision with convex lens and E-mark approved.

    *For F650, F650CS, etc... the correct bolt size is M8 1.25pitch, please check "8mm for scooter" instead.
    *For R18, K1200GT, K1200RS, R1100GS, R1100R, R1100RS, R1150GS, R1150R, R1150RS, R1200C, etc... use an 8mm stem going through the switch box. Please check the fitment for "most Harley-Davidson" using the same way application.

Our BSD system is NOT RECOMMENDED if your motorcycle has:
1. The exhaust placed too close to the license plate, the heat from exhaust gases will damage the radar sensor.
2. The license plate is not located directly behind the motorcycle.
3. The distance from the ground to the license plate is lower than 60 cm (23.62 inch) or higher than 80 cm (31.5 inch). (Adjust as needed based on your vehicle's specific situation.)
4. There is no space for the radar sensor on the both sides of the license plate.
