Q: When will I receive the Points?
A: The Points will be sent to your account automatically after you pay for the order / your order is shipped out.
And they are ready for you to exchange the coupon and use on the next purchase!
Q: Is there an expiration for the Points?
A: The Points expiration is 12 months after your purchase.
However, if you go for a new purchase during the period, the expiration of all the Points will be extend automatically!
Q: How to exchange a coupon?
You can exchange your points to coupon at points center or shopping cart. (After you login)
Here is how it works:
- Points center
- Go to the points center.
- Enter the amount of "points" you want to exchange to a coupon.
- Click the "change" button.
- There will be a pop-up window, click yes to exchange.
- Get the coupon code!
Note: The coupon’s expiration is 3 days after redeem. Please make sure to exchange a coupon when you’re going to purchase.
If you accidentally exchange to coupon, click the 
icon to change the coupon back to points.
Q: What will happen if I cancel the order or return the product?
A: The Points for the order will be deducted from your account.
If the Points has been exchanged and used on the next purchase, it'll be deducted from the refund.
The Points used on the order will be return to your account and the expiration will not be extended.

*The redemption rate of POINT is determined by KiWAV Motors and may be changed by KiWAV Motors at any time.
*Only receive the point when purchase for every full USD dollar you spend(shipping fee excluded). For example, if you spend 7.9 USD, you will only receive 14 points, but if you spend 10 USD, you will receive 20 points.
*The coupon can only be used on the next purchase and cannot be combined with other promotion.
*No change will be given back when using coupon.
*When cancel the order or return the product, the Points for the order will be deducted from your account. If the Points has been redeemed and used on the next purchase, it'll be deducted from the refund.
*When cancel the order or return the product, the Points used on the order will be return to your account and the expiration will not be extended.
*We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of Points and to modify or cancel the program due to system error or unforeseen problems.
