Q1: Why is the bar-end mirror still loose after tightening?
A: This can happen if the mounting bolt is longer than the available threaded depth—the bolt bottoms out before the mirror base is fully secured. The current kit already solves this: it includes both M6 × 20 mm and M6 × 25 mm bolts, so you can simply use the length that suits your motorcycle's OEM bar-end setup. No separate parts needed. 1. DO NOT FIT any aftermarket handlebars. (Please choose the option of the universal fit or earlier Triumph in our store)
2. Our bar end cap inner diameter is designed to fit both 7/8" and 1" bars, and it will be a little bit loose while putting it onto a 7/8" bar. After tightening it with a bolt, it'll be all set.
Tip from other users: You can pull the grip closer to the mirror then loosen the controls and adjust them as well.
3. Hint: Might need to apply some washers as a spacer to avoid contact with grips. (spacers are not included.)
