Order Cancellation Policy
There will be a 4.4 % of transaction fee charged by Paypal upon order confirmation. Regardless future order status (complete or cancelled), this transaction fee is not refundable by Paypal. Please note that for any order cancellation requests, even though the order has not been shipped yet, the 4.4% of transaction fee will be deducted from the order amount to be refunded. If you have any questions or doubts about the product or fitment and require assistance, we strongly suggest contacting us before placing the order.
Shipping issues related to customs in your country
If your package is returned or seized by customs officials for any reason, we will only issue a refund if all products are returned to us in their original condition. Refunds will not cover any shipping charges or fees paid to the local government. The same condition applies if you refuse your order due to inability to pay customs tax. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your local customs office as we cannot provide guidance on your country's customs policies.
Normally, we do free post office economy shipping worldwide.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), many post offices worldwide have announced a temporary suspension of the acceptance of international mail for EMS, airmails and all types of mails. This change is due to a significant decline in flights and various safety measures being put in place to counteract this pandemic.
If your country is affected (as shown in the chart below), free shipping is not applied at the moment.
Please checkout with express couriers. Express couriers are still able to make the delivery to you. It would not be expedited like normal days, but the parcel will certainly be delivered to you under this difficult circumstance worldwide.
For countries not in the list, free shipping is still applied, you may experience shipping delays.

You have 30 days to pay. If no payment is made within 30 days, the parcel will be returned to the sender's address. Once you have completed the payment, Correios (Brazil Post) will send the parcel to your designated address.
***PostNord must make sure that VAT is paid before any goods can be delivered. Recipients will be notified by either sms or a letter with information on how to pay the VAT and VAT declaration fee. Once these charges have been paid, the parcel will be delivered to the recipient or service point. The VAT declaration fee for individuals is normally SEK 75 including VAT for parcels with a declared value less than SEK 1,600 and SEK 125 including VAT for parcels with a declared value of SEK 1,600 or above as a declaration for customs tariff is also necessary in these cases.
