We kindly ask that you ensure that the item remains unused and is in their original packaging with all accessories and any labels attached.

  1. Return request must be within stated time period.
  2. Items must be in brand new, unused condition.
  3. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  4. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, including:
    • All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags.
    • Accessories such as cords and remotes.
    • Certificates, manuals, and warranty cards.
    • "Free gifts" or bonus items.
    • All items included in a bundle.
  5. Restocking fee may apply if item returned is not caused by product defect, or used, missing items, not in brand new conditions or damaged due to careless return packing.

Shipping issues related to customs in your country:
If your package is returned or seized by customs officials for any reason, we will only issue a refund if all products are returned to us in their original condition. Refunds will not cover any shipping charges or fees paid to the local government. The same condition applies if you refuse your order due to inability to pay customs tax. If you have any questions, we encourage you to contact your local customs office as we cannot provide guidance on your country's customs policies.
