Cheap aluminum wire hook tools always bent on me in the past. I wanted a sturdy tool to throw in the track bike/spares toolbox that can be depended upon in a pinch at the track. This tool is nice and sturdy with a thick enough hook and made of steel so it won't bend when trying to unhook those extra strong exhaust springs. -- GearFreakNY
